This shift begins with a week-long juice fasting intensive expertly guided by Gabriel Cousens, MD. The event will include seven days of organic fresh pressed green juice offered by Organic Avenue. Seven comprehensive half-day programs will feature daily check-in sessions with Dr. Cousens, inspirational daily talks, and music and dancing led by Parashakti. Topics taught by Dr. Cousens will include How to fast, Breaking the fast, and Why the importance of the live-vegan diet. A special Zero Point session with Dr. Cousens will aid in dissolving deep-rooted emotional issues that arise during the fast.
Throughout the week Parashakti will lead Dance of Liberation. Dance of Liberation is a unique form of movement therapy that heals and frees physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual blockages.
