These vegan crackers are made with all raw and sprouted ingredients and then dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve enzymes. Sauerkraut, made in stoneware crocks, is used as an ingredient and enhances the benefits because it contains live enzymes and probiotics. Great with salad, salsa, hummus or just as a snack.
