Recommended Usage: As a nutritional supplement for adults, maintenance dose: 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon a day preferably on an empty stomach...or as recommended by your health professional. (Initially, 1/2 tsp. twice a day for a week or more, followed thereafter by the maintenance dosage above.) For children under 8: half the adult dosage. Powder can be dissolved in mouth or stirred into water before drinking. To further potentiate, stir into pure water, cover, and allow to sit 2-8 hours before drinking.
