Directions for Use:
Drink one cup of tea two to four times daily on an empty stomach. Use for two to four weeks, then rest for a month or longer before resuming use. Like most herbs, Chanca Piedra is best taken periodically rather than continuously over a long time.
To Prepare:
Add two level teaspoons to 3 cups of boiling water. Reduce heat to a low boil for 15-20 minutes. Makes two cups of pleasant-tasting and healthful tea. Serve immediately or cool and store in refrigerator in a glass container with a lid for up to a week.
