All the greens used are grade 10 (highest grade) and after harvest, they are low temperature air dried for maximum retention of its phytonutrient activity, then shipped in specially made air tight containers.  The greens are not fumigated, irradiated, solvent extracted, or heat damaged.  You will be surprised to learn that up to 70% of green tea is now irradiated.  Most products coming into the United States are x-rayed because of increased homeland security.  This can leave radiolytic by-products in the herbs - not a healthy idea for consumption.  Quantum Nutrition Labs went to great lengths in shipping, packaging and working with customs to ensure that our green tea and other herbals coming into the United States are not irradiated.  The raw material and the processing makes the difference as to whether an herb really works or not.
