Element #27 on the Periodic Table, Cobalt (Co) in its natural state is a gray, hard, magnetic metal. Cobalt has been proven to be an extremely important nutritional element, essential to health and the human cell, as it is the Cobalt ion that allows the cell to manufacture the B-Complex vitamins, especially Vitamin B-12.
An absence of Cobalt on the cellular level is linked to pernicious anemia and other blood disorders. Cobalt works in partnership with Sulfur in helping the body repair the myelin sheath, which may help multiple sclerosis symptoms. Cobalt also helps the body synthesize and assimilate glucose in the blood.About Angstrom Minerals
In order for a mineral to be assimilated correctly on the cellular level, it must be in a form no larger than an angstrom in size. These angstrom-sized particles should also be completely water soluble, which allows the mineral to be quickly 100% absorbed in either the mouth (sublingually) or in the upper stomach where lower stomach acids will not destroy them. It takes 10,000 angstrom-sized particles lined up on a horizontal plane to cross the distance equal to one micron. Please note that these are not colloidal minerals. Colloidal may help to a certain degree, but may accumulate in the various tissues of the body causing toxicity. Angstrom sized particles of minerals are the size in which plants, fruits and vegetables deliver minerals to humans.
Safety Guidelines
Most minerals should be taken early in the day except for Gold, Calcium, Copper, and at times, Chromium.
