For somebody who is entirely new to rainbow green live food cuisine, and the research behind it, this is a great start. It's comprised of a lecture by Dr. Cousens about the theory behind his 3 phase live food diet, as well as a series of different recipe demonstrations towards the end. Personally, I was hoping that it would offer more insight into the more detailed aspects of the transition, such as: how to determine your constitutional type, how to eat according to your constitutional type, etc. The reason that I was hoping for this information is that the books are so dense, and so packed full of amazing wisdom, that they can be a bit overwhelming! I was hoping for a "cliff's notes" version of the book in a more visual form. This film would be fantastic to show to friends and family who are interested in improving their health through raw foods. Keep in mind though! Phase 1 of the diet can seem extreme to those who may already be wary about raw foods. I hope this review helps!..
